This Privacy Policy explains how Techvein IT Solutions Private Limited (“Techvein”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with OneKey, our WhatsApp Business Platform solution that lets organisations communicate with their contacts over WhatsApp.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content of Customers’ messages for advertising.
Our Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as an existing relationship or consent) to message their contacts, and for honouring opt-outs. OneKey supports opt-out handling and quiet-hours controls. Where we act as a processor, we process contact data only on our Customers’ documented instructions.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Message and conversation retention periods are configurable by each Customer for their own tenant; when a period elapses, the corresponding data is deleted or anonymised. Account and billing records are kept for the periods required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. OneKey provides Customers with tools to export and erase a contact’s data on request. If you are an individual contacted through OneKey, please direct your request to the business that messaged you; we will assist that business as their processor. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Provider access credentials are stored using envelope encryption and are never logged in plain text; access to systems is restricted and audited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration and loss.
Messages are delivered through Meta’s globally hosted WhatsApp Business Platform. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
OneKey is a business tool used by organisations, including schools. Where a school uses OneKey to communicate about students, that information is processed on the school’s instructions and under its responsibility as controller. We do not knowingly use children’s data for any purpose other than delivering the school’s communications.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying our Customers.
