Four ways to get a number

Pick how the number works, then the size of your organisation

The platform, the features and the support are identical in all four. What changes is the WhatsApp Business display name your customers see, who owns the number if you ever leave, and who Meta bills for messages — three things worth getting right before you sign, so each card below states all three.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are these prices final?

They are the list prices, read live from our own pricing system — this page cannot go stale, because it reads the same rows our team quotes from.

What does a message actually cost?

Meta charges per message, and the rate depends on the country and on the message category it falls into. A fee reminder, an appointment alert or an order update is a utility message; a promotional message is marketing, which Meta charges several times more for. The exact figures for your country are at the top of this page.

Under Meta’s current rules there is also a customer service window: when someone messages you first, your replies within the following 24 hours carry no Meta message fee. That window and its rules are Meta’s and can change; we pass on whatever Meta charges and show it on your statement either way.

Do we pay per staff member?

No. Every plan includes unlimited staff logins, on every plan. For comparison, from the published price lists of Wati and AiSensy as at September 2026, extra seats cost US$20 to US$89 per user per month on those platforms. We do not charge for seats at all.

Is this only for schools?

No. The platform is identical for a school, a clinic, a dealership or a retailer — what changes is which message templates you use. Education is where we started and where most of our customers are today, so most of the examples on this site come from there.

Can we pay by cheque or bank transfer?

Yes. Online payment is the default, and an institution that settles by cheque, NEFT, RTGS or wire can be set up that way — including on a purchase order with agreed credit terms.

What happens if we stop, and what exactly can we take with us?

You can export your data yourself, from your own console, at any time and at no extra cost. Contacts and their consent state come out as CSV; conversations as CSV with the message text, timestamps and delivery status; message templates as JSON. Media that was sent or received is included as files alongside. An export of a normal year of history is ready in minutes.

Whether the number comes with you depends on which of the four routes you are on, and each card above says so — a number you own stays yours, and a number we acquired for you is on our telecom account and does not port out. We would rather you knew that before you signed than at the end.
