Partner programme
You already have customers — schools, clinics, dealerships, retailers, whoever you sell to. OneKey gives you the WhatsApp side without becoming a Meta partner yourself: your own console, your own customers, your own prices, and wholesale rates from us. We built this programme the way our own provider onboarded us, because we know which parts of that were genuinely useful and which were friction.
Three ways in
Three differences decide which route suits you: whose name your customer sees, who invoices them, and who answers the phone at nine on a Monday. The platform underneath is the same in all three.
For consultants, agencies and software vendors who would rather not carry a support desk.
15%
of the platform fee, for two years
For companies already selling software or services to their own customers, who want the margin rather than a referral fee.
25–40%
off our list, and you set your own price
For platforms embedding messaging in a product of their own.
Wholesale
rate card, on a committed volume
Margins depend on country and volume. The figures above are the bands we work within, not an offer — the number in your agreement comes out of the conversation.

Onboarding
Six steps, and at every one you will know what is waiting on you and what is waiting on us. This is the sequence our own provider used to onboard us, with the parts that wasted a fortnight taken out.
Who you sell to today, roughly how many customers, which countries. Thirty minutes, and it is mostly us finding out whether we are any use to you.
Margin band, payment terms, support split, and what happens to your customers if either side walks away — that last one in writing, because it is the question your own customers will ask you.
We create your partner tenant, seat your team, issue your API key and switch on your console. You can create customers from that afternoon.
Two sessions: one on the platform, one on getting a WhatsApp template approved — which is where every new partner loses their first week. We sit with you through your first real submission.
You lead, we are on the call. Number, templates, contact import, test send, go live. After that one you will not need us on the next.
Monthly wholesale invoice, a usage dashboard that reconciles against it, and a named person here who knows your account. A quarterly review if you want one.
What you get
Business verification, the WhatsApp Business Account, template approvals and the rate card. Becoming a Meta partner yourself is months of work and a permanent compliance obligation.
Create customers, attach numbers, set their prices, watch their usage, raise their invoices. The same console we run our own business on.
You buy wholesale and sell at whatever you like. Per-country rate cards, banded by customer size, in local currency.
A full API, webhooks for replies and delivery, and a drop-in website widget. If you have an ERP, this is a week of integration.
The single biggest source of delay for anyone new to WhatsApp. We have an approved library you start from and a linter that catches the rejections before Meta does.
We will tell you where we can supply a number and where we cannot, before you promise it to a customer. That list is on our pricing pages and it is current.
The platform does not care whether your customer is a school, a clinic or a car dealership — only the message templates differ. Education is where most of ours are today, which is why our examples come from there.
Apply
No deck required. We reply within one working day, and if we are not a fit we will say so rather than book a second call.
Questions
No, and that is most of the point. Business verification, the WhatsApp Business Account, template approvals and the rate card sit with us. You sell, onboard and support; the Meta relationship is ours to maintain.
On the reseller and white-label routes, yes — entirely. We give you a wholesale rate and a floor below which you would be selling at a loss, and above that it is your business. On the referral route we price and you take a share.
It is written into the agreement rather than left to goodwill. Your customers' data exports in a standard format, numbers you own stay yours, and there is a notice period long enough to move them. We would rather answer this at the start than be asked it in a bad month.
India today, for all four ownership models. Elsewhere the working route is the customer's own Meta account, because we cannot yet buy a local number in the Gulf — regulators there do not sell numbers to a foreign company online. We say this plainly on the country pages so you never promise something we cannot deliver.
None on referral. A modest annual minimum on reseller, and a negotiated volume on white label. All three are smaller than the cost of building any of this yourself.
Referral commission is paid quarterly against your invoice. Resellers get a monthly wholesale invoice with a usage dashboard that reconciles against it, payable online or by bank transfer — cheque and NEFT included, if that is how your finance office works.
